Kalymnos, Greece, is the perfect destination for rock climbing training and perfection for all levels. Easy access to tons of world class crags, and well equipped routes, make it possible for both the beginner and high level climber to enjoy exceptional rock formations. We get a lot of top-quality rock climbing done in a short time here!
Apart from the number of sectors and routes in all grades, the wide variety of styles and types of rock makes it possible to improve many aspect of your climbing. We will work different themes/qualities every day, based on your individual strengths and weaknesses. In addition we aim to help you to eliminate bad habits and focus your training towards your personal goals in rock climbing.
While mostly famous for sport climbing, multi-pitch climbs are plentiful and it’s a great place to be introduced to longer routes and learn how to manage bigger walls. It is a vertical paradise, hence also suitable for those who simply wish to enjoy and explore the limestone walls and caves. Even on rainy days we can climb in many places and there are interesting tufa climbs also in the lower grades.
Based in the village of Massouri, we can access all parts of the island with a scooter, including the satellite island Telendos, where life is very quite, but new climbing sectors are being equipped every year.
Accommodation in studios for 2-4 persons is the most practical. Bars, cafes and restaurants are plentiful, and the local food is great. Climbers are the main visitors on the island and the atmosphere is inspiring. Beaches as well as crags are easily accessible and it is suitable to bring small kids along.
